Michael is the Principal of Ascent Development Group, LLC (ADG) and is responsible for new construction and acquisition / rehab developments leveraging the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
Prior to forming ADG, Michael had a very successful career at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. where he was responsible for eleven (11)
Michael is the Principal of Ascent Development Group, LLC (ADG) and is responsible for new construction and acquisition / rehab developments leveraging the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
Prior to forming ADG, Michael had a very successful career at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. where he was responsible for eleven (11) affordable and market rate developments in five states. These communities represent nearly 1,700 apartment units and over $250MM in total development costs.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Science from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA in Real Estate and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Michael lives in Zionsville Indiana with his wife Angela and their two sons.

Senthil is a developer and founding member of Ascent Development Group, LLC (ADG) focused on improving neighborhoods in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio through the thoughtful development of affordable housing for low income households and seniors.
Prior to joining ADG, Senthil dedicated 20 years to improving operations and increasing cost efficiency for many of the largest US and global law firms and Fortune 500 organizations. Through his experience he has expertise in problem solving, financial acumen, executive communication, project and operational enhancement, and many other business minded skills which he applies passionately to the affordable housing industry.
Senthil is a graduate from the University of Michigan, where he focused in business strategy and organizational design through the Ross Bachelor of Business Administration program, along with a minor in Psychology.
Outside of his dedication to improving his community and creating housing opportunities for the less-fortunate, Senthil is a proud husband and father of two. His family resides in Charlotte, NC for more than a decade, with roots in various parts of the US and abroad.
